 ALEXANDER HAIG JR. Alexander M. Haig, Jr., of Florida, passed away Feb. 20, 2010. He was the beloved husband of Patricia Fox Haig; devoted father of Alexander P. Haig, Brian F. Haig and Barbara E. Haig; brother of Reverend Francis R. Haig, S.J.; and loving grandfather of Alexander P. Haig, Jr., William F. Haig, Christopher C. Haig, Peter J. Haig, Brian D. Haig, Patrick J. Haig, Donnie A. Haig and Anne Marie Haig. Relatives and friends are invited to call from 3-9 p.m. Monday, March 1, at Joseph Gawler's Sons, Inc., 5130 Wisconsin Ave. NW (corner of Harrison St.), in Washington, D.C. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 2, at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, 400 Michigan Ave., NE, Washington, D.C. Interment at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Va. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, 7020 AC Skinner Parkway, Suite 100, Jacksonville, FL 32256.
