GEORGE GRAZIADEI George Edward Graziadei, a respected lawyer, of Las Vegas, passed away Aug. 24, 2013. George was born in Chicago, and lived in Las Vegas since 1964. He was drafted after high school at the age of 18 and served in the army air core until his honorable discharge in 1945. He there after took his under graduate schooling at the University of Illinois. Thereafter, he went onto to law school at Chicago Kent College of Law. He did not retire from being a lawyer until six months before he passed. George did not have any children of his own, but channeled a great deal of energy raising, Kayla Geraci, whom he called his granddaughter, since she was six weeks old. George was an Italian gentlemen, who expressed that with great pleasure to those he cherished. His kind and gentle ways were expressed not only through those he knew immediately, but throughout the Las Vegas and Chicago community. George was preceded in death by his mother, Rose Matteo; father, George Graziadei; brothers, Joseph and Michael and his wife, Sandra Lockwood. George is survived by his near-granddaughter, Kayla Geraci. Viewing will be 9-11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 29, with a funeral Mass following, both at St. Anne Catholic Church, 1813 S. Maryland Parkway.
