ANTON THERRIAULT

iconMAJ. ANTON THERRIAULT U.S. Marine Corps, Retired Anton Ednor Therriault, 75, of Las Vegas, passed away April 12, 2013. He was born Jan. 19, 1938, in Missoula, Mont. Tony is survived by his wife, June, of 54 years; his son, Ednor; two daughters, Michelle and Renee; three grandchildren, Kelsie, Hudson and Sophie; great-granddaughter, Ashlynn; and sisters, Coleen Martell and Helen Ekeland. Tony and June met and were married in Pensacola, Fla., during his tour of duty with the U.S. Marine Corps, attending flight school. They have been residents of Las Vegas since 1990. Tony retired from the U.S. Marine Corps in 1977 with the rank of major. He served three tours of duty in Vietnam and was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross, Bronze Star medal, Air medal and the Purple Heart. Services will be at 11:20 a.m., Wednesday, May 8, at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City.
