CHARLES KEITH JR. Charles Lee Keith Jr., 62, of Las Vegas, passed away Dec. 13, 2013. He served in the U.S. Army in the Vietnam War
, and was a bus operator and trainer. He was born Aug. 18, 1951, in Birmingham, Ala., and grew up in Anaheim, Calif. and Las Vegas. He was a 41-year resident of Nevada. He was happily married, for 26 years, to his wife, Jackie. He was a friend to all and had a great sense of humor. He trained and drove for Citizens Area Transit for almost 26 years. He passed after a heroic battle with pancreatic cancer, and was loved by all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles L. Keith Sr. He is survived by his wife, Jacquelyn; his daughter, Ashley (Terence) Scott; son, Joshua; granddaughter, Amaya; grandson, Avery; his mother, Ruby; sister, Carol (Steve) Cross of Colorado; brothers, Stanley and William (Mary); several nieces and nephews; as well as numerous friends and relatives.
