HAROLD GADDE

HAROLD GADDE Harold "Hap" Gadde, 86, of Las Vegas, passed away Oct. 23, 2013. He was born in Worcester, Mass., to Gustav and Hannah Gadde. He always joked he was American made with Swedish parts. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was the husband of Charlene Marian Brown, for 61 years. Harold worked in a brewery most of his life and retired as a maintenance supervisor. Harold loved to sing and sang in many choruses and quartets, and was a member of S.P.E.B.S.Q.S.A. (Society for the Preservation and Encouragement of Barber Shop Quartet Singing in America). He enjoyed golfing and woodworking. Harold is survived by his wife, Charlene Gadde; daughter, Terrill Gadde of Massachusettes; two sons, Kevin Gadde of Massachusettes and Scott Gadde of Nevada; four grandchildren, Amber, Michael, Christine and Nichole; and two great-grandchildren, Cassie and Morgan. Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 18, at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans memorial Drive.
