HENRY NOLTE Henry "Hank" Nolte, 70, of Kingman, Ariz., passed away Feb. 16, 2013. He was born in Riverside, Calif., June 23, 1942. Hank's family moved to Las Vegas while he was still in his teens. Hank graduated from Las Vegas High School and attended UNLV in its early days as a university. While attending UNLV, Hank started his very successful career in the automotive industry, eventually partnering with his son, Troy, and Cliff and Donna Findlay in Cliff Findlay Auto Center and Findlay-Nolte Honda, both in Kingman. Hank married his wife, Cheryl, in 1964. Hank is survived by his wife, Cheryl, of 49 years; son, Troy and Mitzie Nolte; daughter, Tabitha Nolte; two granddaughters, Alora Asplin and Ashlee Nolte; grandson, Renny; sister, Jan Glinn of Bakersfield, Calif.; and brother, Mike Nolte of Las Vegas. Hank was a man who thought with his heart. While most men think with the brain, Hank was an unusual breed that thought with his heart. Hank's most endearing quality was a genuine love of humanity. Hank made time to listen and help individuals from all walks of life. Hank lived an active life and enjoyed many types of outdoor activities and was also an amateur photographer, although the majority of his leisure time was spent doing various Christian ministries throughout the years. Hank spent time daily studying the word of God and taught others that this is the way to find peace and balance. There will be a celebration of life service at 1 p.m. Sunday, March 3, at the Mohave County Fair Grounds in Kingman. Attendees of the memorial services are required to bring two can goods per person to be donated to the Praise Chapel Bullhead City Food Ministry. Please wear casual attire. In lieu of sending flowers, please make donations on behalf of Hank Nolte to Praise Chapel, Jacob's Ladder, 419 Harrison St., Kingman, AZ 86401, or Grace Lutheran Church, Holiday Baskets, 2101 Harrison St., Kingman, AZ 86401.
