JACOB POULSEN Jacob David Poulsen, 26, of Las Vegas, passed away March 19, 2013. He was born June 7, 1986, to Lisa Toltzman and Bradley Poulsen, and resided in Las Vegas for 22 years. He was employed for nine years at Hydro-Craft, Inc. He was a loving son, brother and friend. In his 26 years of life, he touched many people and was a caring young man to all who knew him. He had the biggest heart for his family and friends. He will truly be missed and never forgotten. He was preceded in death by his grandpas, Elmer Shiflett and Richard Poulsen. He is survived by his mother, Lisa (Robert) Toltzman of Las Vegas; father, Bradley Poulsen of Omaha, Neb.; his brothers, Ryan and Zachary Poulsen of Las Vegas; grandmothers, Audrey Shiflett of Las Vegas, and Shirley Poulsen of Omaha; his true loves, Jackie Piastro and their dog, Toby; his buddy, Emmet Lee Jones; stepbrothers, Eric, Nick and Joe Siemer, Tyler Toltzman and Justin Brown; aunts and uncles; and many cousins who cherished him. Services will be at 10 a.m., Tuesday, March 26, at Palm Mortuary-Northwest, 6701 N. Jones Blvd., Las Vegas. Burial will follow.
