RYAN MILLER (1981-2013) Ryan Scott Miller was born Nov. 5, 1981, in Las Vegas. He graduated from Cimarron High School in the year 2000. Ryan could only be described as gentle, loving and deeply genuine. He struggled for years with the crippling effects of mental illness, but we take comfort in the fact that he is now free from the pains, the struggles and the hardships that his illness brought to his life. Ryan brought love to everyone around him. When you were with him, he made you feel like the center of his world. He was one of the gentlest individuals to grace the Earth. He had an infectious smile that would fill the room and constant humor that would always brighten your day. As a kid, he loved skateboarding and golf, and he excelled in both. He worked hard for his goals and pursued his dreams. Ryan is deeply loved, and will be deeply missed by his friends and loved ones. He is survived by his parents, Scott and Janice Miller; and his siblings, Brad Miller and Toni Ogden. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 4, at Palm Mortuary, 1600 S. Jones Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89146. Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. on his birthday, Tuesday, Nov. 5, at Palm Memorial Park-Northwest, 6701 N. Jones Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89131.
