   ALVIS KEENE II Alvis Pat Keene II "Pat", 47, of Las Vegas, a sergeant in the Nevada Army National Guard and an emergency room technician, passed away July 22, 2012. He was born Nov 28, 1964, in Pikeville Ky., and was a seven-year resident of Nevada. Pat is survived by his wife, Polly Manning-Keene; parents, Larry and Judy Keene; sister, Lara Keene; brother, David Keene; sons, Patrick and Clark Keene; as well as many other family members and loved ones. Memorial services will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 4, at the Las Vegas Readiness Center, 4500 W. Silverado Ranch Blvd., Las Vegas. His family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made in his honor to WestCare in an effort to assist others who struggle with substance abuse. http://www.westcare.com/donations
