BEN BRADLEY Ben H. Bradley, 77, passed away Saturday, Dec. 15, 2012, in Ferron, Utah. Born Feb. 11, 1935, in Salt Lake City, he met his sweetheart, Gaylie, in middle school, and the two attended North Gem High School in Bancroft, Idaho. Ben lettered in basketball, baseball, football and track every year of high school and played basketball at Utah State University before pursuing a career as a union electrician. During his 40-plus years in Las Vegas, Ben wired many landmark resorts that dot the Las Vegas valley in addition to multiple underground nuclear tests at the Nevada Test Site. He returned to the arms of his eternal companion, Gaylie, leaving his surviving siblings, Afton, Colleen, Karen, HuLene, Norma, Penny and Ted; Ben's children, Cindy, Korry, Sheldon, Lorin, Stasha, Kevin, LaRinda and LaNae; in addition to 42 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services are scheduled to celebrate his life Wednesday, Jan. 2, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2701 E. Pebble Road, in Henderson, with visitation 9-10:30 a.m., and services beginning at 11 a.m.
