 CORNELL CHATMAN Cornell Grant Chatman, 61, maintenance worker, of Las Vegas, passed away Sept. 5, 2012. He was born Jan. 2, 1951, in Chicago, and was a resident of Nevada for over one year. Cornell was preceded in death by his father, Ulysses Grant Chatman. Cornell is survived by his mother, Arline Doris Shively; brother, William (Florence) Thompson; energetic nieces and nephews, Tiffany, Venus, William and Eric. Cornell was the diligent caregiver for his mother, who suffers from Alzheimer's. "You are my baby boy, bringing years of eternal joy. Your smiles and morning kiss I will surely miss. Rest in peace, for in my heart, loving memories will never depart." Services will be private.
