DOUGLAS LEACH Douglas C. Leach, a retired engineer, passed away Dec. 15, 2012, in Las Vegas. He was born May 26, 1944, in St. George, Utah. He was preceded in death by his father, Clifford M. Leach. He is survived by his mother, Marie Prisbrey Leach; brother, Michael H. Leach; and by his extended loving family, sister, sister, Vicki Swanson; and grandchildren, Rachelle and Dillon, to whom he was "Gramps." Memorial services were previously held Monday, Dec. 17, at First Presbyterian Church. Cremation will follow.
