 ELSIE GANN Elsie H. Gann, 92, of Las Vegas, passed away Friday, Aug. 24, 2012, in Verona, Wis. She was born Feb. 1, 1920, the daughter of Ellsworth T. and Mary (Reynolds) Harris, in Joplin, Mo. In 1939, she married the Rev. W. Lee Gann, in Alexandria, La. They had one son, Taylor Lee Gann. She spent her life as a minister's wife while her husband was both pastor and district superintendent for the Church of Nazarene. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Las Vegas. She was a also foster parent and child care provider for many years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill; her son, Taylor; and her granddaughter, Tammy. She is survived by two sisters, Irene Buchanan and Mida Pilcher; three grandsons, Lee, Drew and Ken Gann; many nieces and nephews; and special "grandchildren," Marley, April, and Eddie. Private services were previously held at First Church of the Nazarene, Las Vegas.
