 EMILY PUENTES Emily Hernandez Puentes, 40, a resident of Las Vegas for the past 20 years, passed away Sept. 21, 2012. She was born Sept. 28, 1971, in Havana, Cuba to proud parents Juan and Elena Hernandez. Emily was a beautiful, loving wife and mother who loved to cook, dance, play video games and spend time with her family and friends. She is survived by her husband, Arturo; son, Adriel; parents, Juan and Elena Hernandez; brother, Humberto Hernandez; and several family members. Visitation will be 3-11 p.m., Friday, Sept. 28, at Palm Mortuary Eastern, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Funeral Services will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 29, at St. Viator Catholic Community, 2461 E. Flamingo Road. Graveside will follow at Palm Valley View Memorial Park, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
