 FRANCES SETTEMBRE Frances Settembre, 82, a retired retail sales clerk, of Las Vegas, passed away Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012. She was born Sept. 28, 1930, in Watertown, N.Y., and was a resident of Nevada since 1977. Frances is survived by her sons, Stephen Settembre of Las Vegas and Frank Settembre of North Las Vegas; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 29, at Palm Mortuary-Cheyenne, 7400 W. Cheyenne Road, Las Vegas, NV 89129. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Friday, Nov. 30, at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 1111 N. Michael Way, Las Vegas, NV 89108. Graveside services will follow at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV 89005.
