 FRANCES SMITH Frances Ramos Smith, 79 of El Paso, Texas, passed away Sunday, Jan. 6, 2013. Frances was born Aug. 21, 1933, in Smeltertown, El Paso. She resided in Las Vegas, purely to play bingo, and could often be found nightly at South Point, Terribles, Poker Palace, the Cannery and Arizona Charlie's. Illness and poor health never kept her away from bingo. She leaves behind daughters, Rosalinda Hernandez, Anita Smith and Bettinna Watkins; sons, Mike, R.R. Apache, Antonio, Paul and Frank; as well as many grandchildren. Memorial services will be at 6 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 23, at 10780 Barnard Bee Court, Las Vegas, NV 89183.
