GAYLE STRINGHAM Gayle Ann Stringham, 65, of Henderson, passed away Saturday, June 30, 2012. Gayle was one of seven children born to Robert and Caroline Nicholl Dec. 19, 1946, in Chicago. She graduated from The Immaculata High School in 1964 and eventually moved to the Las Vegas area in 1976. Gayle was retired, but had previously worked in the gaming, property management and retail industries. She was a very proud, protective and loving mother, daughter and wife. Gayle had a very engaging personality that truly lit up a room. She loved the outdoors, movies, traveling and her dog, Smoky. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Stringham; her son, Richard Pietras; her father, Robert; her mother, Caroline; her brothers, Robert, Burt and Barry; and her sister, Jean. She leaves to cherish her memory a son, Brian; two brothers, Raymond and William; four grandchildren, Autumn, Richard Jr., Cayman and Delaney; and a host of supporting family and friends. A memorial to honor Gayle is on display at Davis Funeral Home, 6200 S. Eastern Ave., Las Vegas, NV 89119.
