GREGG HAWKINS Gregg M. Hawkins, 55, of Las Vegas, and formerly of Upper St. Clair, Pa., passed away Aug. 30, 2012, after a courageous battle against a long illness. Gregg was the beloved husband of Rosalie (Formusa) Hawkins; dear son of Russell and Joan Hawkins; brother of Glenn (Miriam) Hawkins; uncle of Cole Hawkins; brother-in-law of Ignatius (Butch) Formusa (Deborah); uncle of Brian and Michael Formusa; and nephew of John Hawkins and Audrey Dengler. Gregg was a graduate of UNLV in Hotel Administration and the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. He had a successful career in three prominent Las Vegas hotels as a food and beverage administrator. A private memorial Mass will be celebrated Saturday, Sept. 15, at St. Louise de Marillac Church in Upper St. Clair. In lieu of flowers and customary remembrances, memorial donations may be directed to St. Luke's Foundation, St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital Transplant Fund, P.O. Box 20269 (MC3-206), Houston, TX 77255.
