 HELEN BINICK Helen Binick, 91, of Las Vegas, passed away Jan. 1, 2013, after a short illness. Helen was born in Shickshinny, Pa., Nov. 23, 1921, to Edith and William Mazonkey. Helen married Leon Binick Nov. 20, 1943, in Brooklyn, N.Y. Leon and Helen retired in New Port Richey, Fla., and lived there over 25 years. She moved to Las Vegas and resided in the Atria Sutton Assisted Living Community. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon; granddaughter, April Binick; and sisters, Arlene and Edith. She is survived by her sons, Robert (June) Binick of Henderson, and Kenneth (Veronica) Binick of Hicksville, N.Y.; grandchildren, Amber, Kenneth, Kristopher, and Kraig; great-grandchildren, Lynsey, Kayley, Ashley, Livia and Leo. Memorial services will be held in New York for family and friends.
