JEFFREY STARR Jeffrey Willis Starr, 72, of Las Vegas, passed away Sept. 15, 2012. He was born Aug. 6, 1940 in Frederickberg, Mo., to Willis and Dorothy Starr. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War. He is survived by his wife, Reba; his son, Jason; daughters, Pamela and Terri; he is also survived by five grandchildren; and three sisters. Jeffrey loved the great outdoors, hunting, fishing and racing dragsters. Jeffrey was always helping others with their projects and will be greatly missed by everyone. His celebration of life will be held privately by the family.
