JOANNE BLANCHE Joanne Blanche, 62, a loving, caring sister to many of Las Vegas, peacefully accepted God's hand June 30, 2012, and has been taken home to Heaven following a brief illness. Joanne was born Feb. 12, 1950, in the Bronx, N.Y. and was a resident of Las Vegas since 1973. She was a 22-year employee of The "D" Las Vegas (formerly known as Fitzgerald's Hotel Casino) as a master dealer. Joanne is survived by her brother and his wife, Kenneth and Helen Blanche. No services are scheduled per her request. Arrangements are entrusted to Desert Memorial, 1111 Las Vegas Blvd N., Las Vegas, NV 89101. Prior to her passing she accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and we as believers will see her again.
