 JOHN BURNSIDE John "Jack" Walter Burnside, 69, son of the late Walter and Kathryn Burnside, passed away Jan. 24, 2013. Jack was a retired mechanical engineer and long-time resident of Las Vegas. He was born Dec. 17, 1943, in Waukegan, Ill. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Kathryn Burnside; and his brother, Richard "Dick" Burnside. John is survived by his loving wife, Tami; brother, Robert Burnside; sister, Norma Tims (Jim); son, David Burnside (Tania); daughter, Amy Burnside Donar; stepson, Jeremy Lutzke (Amanda Beach); stepdaughter, Tiffany Knouse (David Montano); grandchildren, Amanda Burnside, Allison Burnside (Drake Desilets), Anthony Burnside, Margaret Donar, Emily Donar, Adam Chavez, Tyler Lutzke, Autumn Lutzke, Raine Montano and Gage Montano; and many nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 2, at Griffith United Methodist Church, 1701 E. Oakey Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89104. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Nathan Adelson Hospice Foundation in John's memory.
