 JULIE ZAPOROWSKI Julie A. Zaporowski, 75, a retired clerk, of Las Vegas, passed away Saturday, Jan. 12, 2013. She was born Nov. 9, 1937, in Omaha, Neb., and was a resident of Nevada since 1993. Julie is survived by her husband, of 58 years, Ray; daughters, Lori Blessie and Barbara (James) Teran; son, Michael Zaporowski; daughters, Jeanie Zaporowski, Karen (Roger) Worthington and Patricia Zaporowski; son, Lawrence (Christine) Zaporowski; sister, Joan (Dale) Hansen; 14 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 17. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 18, both at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Burial following, at Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
