JULIEN MONTES Julien G. Montes, 84, of Las Vegas, passed away Jan. 19, 2013. He was born Aug. 2, 1928, in Los Angeles. He was retired from civil service and served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Francesca Montes; sister, Beatrice; and grandson, Keith Prescott Sr. He is survived by his wife, Celia; sons, Joseph Julien; daughters, Julia, Susan and Gloria; 18 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren who loved him very much. Memorial services will be 1-3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, at Affordable Cremation and Burial, 2457 N. Decatur Blvd.
