 KATHLEEN MOORE Kathleen A. Moore, of Tempe, Ariz., passed away April 30, 2012. She was raised in Las Vegas, attended St. Joseph's Catholic School and was a 1971 graduate of Bishop Gorman High School. She earned her BS and MS degrees from Arizona State University in speech-language pathology. She served her community for over 30 years helping countless numbers of children who suffered from speech disorders. She is survived by her husband, of 35 years, Steve Williams; and her two sons, Kurtis (Ashley) and Colin Williams, all of Arizona. She is also survived by her mother, Scottie Moore; and her siblings, Patrick Moore, Terri Moore and Margaret Larsen (David), all of Las Vegas, and Susan Moore of Tempe. She leaves behind adoring nieces and nephews, including Adam Unger of Las Vegas, and Andrew and Katy Margaret Johnson of Tempe; and many friends and colleagues. There will be a funeral Mass at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, May 19, at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Faith Community in Chandler, Ariz. A memorial reception will immediately follow at 12:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Bishop Gorman High School. Kathleen was an example of unconditional love to everyone who knew her.
