 KEN DUFRESNE Ken Dufresne, 75, passed away Thursday, Feb. 21. Ken was born Aug. 20, 1937, in Attleboro, Mass. He received an honorable discharge from the U.S. Air Force. A move to Las Vegas in 1982 began with Del Webb, Beazer Homes and Howard Hughes, as vice president of land development and construction. Ken retired in 2009. He is survived by his loving wife, of 30 years, Marlene; children, Ken Jr. and Deborah; sister, Barbara; brother, Donald; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Mass will be at 1 p.m., Saturday, March 2, at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 1111 Michael Way. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to SPCA or Alzheimer's research.
