LARENNA LIPPARD LaRenna Crosby Lippard, 70, a resident of Las Vegas for 60 years, passed away Sept. 24, 2012. She was born Nov. 5, 1941, in Saint Johns, Ariz., to Carl Lorenzo Crosby and Calla Alta Plumb. She was fourth in a family of five children. She was preceded in death by a son, Timothy Lar Baker; her parents; a brother, Donald; sister, Alice; and nephew, Danny. She is survived by her husband, of 37 years, Jim Lee Lippard; daughters, Mary Ellen Davis and Melinda (Ray) St Clair; son, James (Joann) Lippard, all of Las Vegas; daughters, Melody Baker of Flagstaff, Ariz., Leann Baker of Holbrook, Ariz., and Jayme (Layne) Wilson of Providence, Utah; sister, Alta Fae (Ron) Shammo of Las Vegas; brother, Carl James (Kay Marie) Crosby of Bakersfield, Calif.; and sister-in-law, Mary Anne (Arza) Evans of St George, Utah. She leaves behind 18 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews who love her. She will be very much missed by her family and friends. She graduated from Rancho High School and worked many years for the telephone company. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, at the LDS Chapel at Christy and Kell.
