 LENA BERARDINELLI Lena Berardinelli, 80, of Las Vegas, passed away Jun. 16, 2012. She was born Jan. 17, 1932, in Niagara Falls, N.Y. Her parents, Lucy and Nick Cafaro, moved with her and her husband, Frank, to Las Vegas in 1965. She became a PBX operator for the Tropicana until she retired after 25 years. Lena lived 80 wonderful and fantastic years. She enjoyed baking, cooking and surrounding her family and friends with unconditional love; she will surely be missed by all. She is survived by her children, Joseph, Nicholas and Marie; one brother, Ben; grandchildren, Carisa, Frank and John-Luke; and great-grandchildren, Matthew, Nicholas and Shea Lynn. Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Thursday, June 21. Funeral Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday Jun. 22, both at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. Entombment will follow at Palm Valley View Memorial Park.
