FR. LEO SLATTERIE Fr. Leo Slatterie entered into eternal life Dec. 5, 2012, at 4:14 p.m. Fr. Slatterie was ordained a priest in 1951, and was incardinated into the Diocese of Las Vegas in 1973. He served as pastor of Holy Child Parish from 1966 to 2000. Fr. Slatterie is survived by his sister, Anne Green. Funeral services will begin with the Rosary 10:30-11 a.m., Saturday, Dec. 15, followed by a Latin Mass, both at St. Bridget Roman Catholic Church, 220 N. 14th St. Burial will follow at Palm Valley View Memorial Park, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
