 LEROY FAEHNRICH LeRoy C. Faehnrich, 64, a casino boss since 1971, of Las Vegas, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012. LeRoy honorably served in the U.S. Army with a tour of duty in Germany from 1969-1971. LeRoy was born in New Castle, Pa. April 12, 1948. LeRoy was preceded in death by his son, Lee Michael; a sister, Sharyn; and his parents, LeRoy Sr. and Zalia Faehnrich. He is survived by his wife, of 33 years, Betty; daughter, Jamie Lee of Las Vegas; sister, Robyn Faehnrich-Palmer of Santa Monica, Ca.; and brother, Randy Faehnrich of New Castle. Visitation will be 3-7 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 29, at Palm Mortuary, 1325 N. Main St Las Vegas NV 89101. Burial will be at 10:40 a.m., Friday, Nov. 30, at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City.
