LEROY MOATS JR. LeRoy Moats Jr., 54, of Las Vegas passed away Feb. 12, 2012. Leroy was born July 3, 1957 in Mondovi, Wis., to LeRoy Sr. and Barbara Moats. He was raised in Marina, Calif., graduated from Seaside H.S. Leroy was a general contractor. If you had a problem he was always there to listen. If he could fix it, he would. He was the kindest man you will ever meet. He was preceded in death by his brother, Ivan Moats. We can only imagine their joyful reunion in Heaven. LeRoy will be dearly missed by his wife, Lisa Moats; children, Michael Moats, Rachel Moats and Rocky Ballou Jr.; parents; sisters, Victoria King and Debbie Yauch; two nephews; one niece; and six grandchildren. Services 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, at Kraft Sussman Funeral Service, 3975 S. Durango Drive, Suite 104, Las Vegas.
