1928 - 2017 Obituary Condolences
Geiser, Lynn Esther - 89, of Henderson, NV., and beloved wife of Alton D. Geiser, died Thursday, August 17, 2017.

Born July 1, 1928 in Los Angeles, CA., she was the daughter of Mexican immigrant parents, Isaac and Refugio Castrejon. Lynn "Teddy," as her sisters, nieces and nephews called her, grew up in Los Angeles. She met and married, Alton D. Geiser, of Windber, PA, June 14, 1947.They settled in Orange County and lived there, raising their 4 children, before retiring to Henderson, NV in 1989.

Lynn worked in the aerospace industry for close to 30 years. She ended retiring from Ford Aerospace, in Newport Beach, in 1989.

Lynn was an avid bowler and loved playing the slot machines! It was not unusual for her to drop a few quarters into a slot machine at the grocery store and hit a Royal Flush!

Lynn is survived by her three daughters, Dale Werner and her husband, David Werner of Lake Havasu, AZ., Margo Salatich and her husband, Louis B. Salatich of Green Valley, AZ., Toni Gavello and her husband, Dean Gavello of Orange, CA., and one son, Mark Geiser and his wife, Cheri Geiser of Eureka, CA.; Two sisters, Marion Krocus and Betty Murray both of Los Angeles, CA.

Lynn is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren: Coleista (Salatich) Fields, and her husband Roby. Children: Roby and Ryan Fields; Louis B. Salatich, Jr.; Cassandra (Geiser) Brinks, and her husband, Oliver; Samantha Geiser; Jason Werner; Scott Werner, his wife, Angel. Children: Christian Werner, Tyler Werner, Morgan Werner; Ben Gavello, Natalie Gavello, Sean Landgraf, Amy Gavello. Lastly, her two beloved dogs, Lori and Zoey.

The memorial services will be held at 9:20 a.m., Friday, September 15, at Southern Nevada Veterans Cemetery, 1900 Buchanan Blvd.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a memorial be made to: The Brittany Foundation 36220 Anthony Road, Agua Dulce, CA 91390 www.brittanyfoundationonline.org this is the organization that has gratefully and generously offered to take Lynn's dogs where they can live out their lives. The Brittany Foundation is a rescue and sanctuary.

The animals, based on what they know of this person, decide which humans may cross the bridge...and which are turned away."
