 MARJORIE LILIENTHAL Marjorie Ann Obole Lilienthal, 90, a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully Dec. 4, 2012. She was a resident of Las Vegas since 2006. Marjorie was born in Gardena, Calif., Nov. 26, 1922. She met her husband, Erich, while attending college in southern California. They were married April 2, 1942, then lived and raised children in the southern California areas of Torrance, San Pedro, Whittier, La Habra Heights and Brea. Marjorie loved her family most. She also enjoyed volunteering on the horse show committee for the Highland Riders Horse Club of La Habra, homemaking, traveling, going to the beach, gardening and reading. Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband, Erich Richard Lilienthal; and son, Erich Richard "Rick" Lilienthal Jr. She is survived by her loving family, daughter, Marcia Bryant of Fullerton, Calif.; son, Robert Lilienthal of Whittier, Calif.; daughter, Kathryn and husband, Daniel Jackson Sr. of Las Vegas; grandchildren, Anthony Jackson and Daniel Jackson Jr. both of Las Vegas, Dawn and Stephen Swick of Woodbridge, Va., David Lilienthal and Mark Lilienthal, both of La Habra, Jeremy and Vanessa Aikin of Macon, Ga., and Cara-Marie and Tom Pham of Hesperia, Calif.; daughter-in-law, Laurel Lilienthal of Crestline, Calif.; great-grandchildren, Ty Cooper Swick, Bradford Lenwood Jackson, Aidan Pham, Aleah Pham and Alissa Amescua-Aikin. She will be laid to rest with her husband and son at Memory Garden Memorial Park, 455 W. Central Ave., Brea, CA 92821. Services are pending.
