MARJORIE ROHAN Marjorie Eileen Rohan, 89, of Boulder City, passed away Feb. 6, 2013. She was born Feb. 20, 1923, in Mansfield, Ohio, to Dale and Martha Bell. Marjorie was a very active person in the community. She was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi, Community Club, Republican Women and the Senior Center. She had a wide circle of friends and they had weekly outings for breakfasts, lunches, playing Bingo, Rummy Cube and Bunco. She also enjoyed doing puzzles, crossword puzzles and traveling with her daughter. Marjorie and her husband, Mervin, were married Nov. 16, 1977 and moved to Boulder City. They owned Merv's Lock and Key. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mervin Rohan; and a daughter, Patricia Bell Loring. She is survived by her daughter, Beverly Griffin of Las Vegas; two stepchildren, Marel Germain and Sharel Hennesy; two grandchildren, Brenda Lansing and Kim Mamian; five great-grandchildren, Amy Graybill, Gavin Graybill, Christopher Graybill, Jordan Mamian, Courtlynne Mamian and Danny Mamian. A celebration of life will be at 4 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 20, her birthday, at the Boulder Creek Golf Club. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Boulder City Senior Center, 813 Arizona St., Boulder City, NV 89005, in Marjorie Rohan's memory.
