MARY KOSTELNIK Mary Ellen Kostelnik R.N., 80, of Henderson, died Saturday, Nov. 17, 2012, after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's. She was born in McClellandtown, Pa., and lived in Willowick, Ohio, before moving to Henderson in 2005. She is survived by her beloved husband, of 58 years, John; cherished children, John (Linda) Kostelnik, Kathy (John) Straka and Mary Beth (Dave) Helmick; adoring grandchildren, J.P., Ryan, Carly, Chelsea, Kailey, Hallie, Jamie, Kyle and D.J.; great-grandchildren, Brayden, Flynn and Kylee; and her brothers, Steve and Robert. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Joseph and John. Las Vegas services will be private. A memorial Mass is pending, at St. Mary Magdalene Church, 32114 Vine St., Willowick, OH 44095. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mary Ellen's name are suggested to the .
