 MIRIAM YOUNG Miriam Fishback Griebel Young, a mobile home sales owner, of St. George, Utah, passed away Dec. 19, 2012. She was born Sept. 8, 1914, in Peru, Ind., and was a 52-year resident of Nevada. A wonderful wife and mother, she was a lifetime member of St. Jude's Auxiliary, UMC Hospital Auxiliary, and First Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. She was preceded in death by husband, E. Bob Griebel; parents, Ehamay and Albert Fishback; husband, Edward Young; son, Gary Arlen Griebel; and granddaughters, Jennifer Griebel and Melissa Keesee. She is survived by sons, Guy Albert and Terry Allen Griebel; sister, Betty Trent; eight grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 8, with memorial services following, both at Palm Mortuary-Downtown, 1325 N. Main St., Las Vegas, NV 89101.
