 PATRICIA ROEDER Patricia Roeder, 73, passed away peacefully Friday, Jan. 18, 2013, surrounded by her family. She was born in Massachusetts, and married Bob in 1961. In 1963, they moved to Las Vegas, where together they raised three daughters. Pat was an elementary school teacher who lovingly taught for over 30 years. In retirement, between traveling, baby-sitting her great-grandchildren and spending time with her family, she loved to play Bingo and did so often with her friend, Barbara. She leaves behind her husband, of 51 years, Bob; daughters, Joanne (Don), Pamela (Bob) and Donna; grandchildren, Trudy (James), Tricia, Traci and Bobby; great-grandchildren, Austin, Kylee and Isabelle; brother, Alvin; sister-in-law, Marylee; and numerous nieces, nephews and lifelong friends. She courageously battled cancer for six years with the most dignity and grace we have ever seen. She will be deeply missed. Services are pending.
