 PAULA BRANCA Paula Branca, of Las Vegas, passed away peacefully of complications due to cancer Dec. 26, 2012, at 3:23 a.m., in the arms of her loving husband. She was born in Concepcion, Chile, Dec. 20, 1961, to her parents, Sirinio Gaston Saavedra Saavedra and Blanca Thelma Tejeda Moreira. She married Carlos Ernesto Carmona Pla and became the proud mother of Manuela Isidora Carmona Saavedra Nov. 23, 1991. Paula met her current husband, Joseph Branca, in Las Vegas, and was married May 11, 2002. The family was made complete when Manuela was formally adopted. Paula proudly became an American Citizen in 2008. She had a successful career as a loan officer in Chile and the United States. Paula leaves her devoted husband; daughter; and numerous family members and friends both in the United States and Chile. Memorial visitation will be 5 p.m.-9 p.m., Friday, Jan. 4. Memorial services will be 10-11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, both at Bunkers Mortuary, 925 Las Vegas Blvd. N., Las Vegas, NV 89101. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers a donation to the
