 PETER GITTLER Peter John Gittler, 68, of Boulder City, passed away Monday, Aug. 20, 2012, from complications due to ALS (Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis). He was born May 14, 1944 in Detroit. A 23-year resident of Boulder City, he was a beloved husband and father. He is survived by his wife, of 38 years, Michelle; their daughters, Cynthia (Ian) DeMar and Crystal; his brothers-in-law, Gerard (Valerie) Klimbal, Gregory Klimbal, Timothy Klimbal and Anthony (Elaine) Klimbal; his niece, Holly (Doug) Klimbal-Milloca; and grandnephew, Donovan. Memorial services will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 25, at the La Paloma chapel, 5450 Stephanie St., Las Vegas, NV 89122. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Peter's name to the ALS Association. This can be done online at ALSA.org/donate or by calling 888-949-2577.
