PHILIP MOUREY Philip Houston Mourey, beloved husband, father and brother, passed away July 20, 2012. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Mourey, his son Richard and wife, Kimberly; his son, Kevin and wife, Brooke; stepdaughter, Debra and husband, James, and sister Carolyn. Services for Philip will be at 1:20 p.m., Friday, July 27, at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Buchanan Blvd., Boulder City.
