RICHARD HOWE Beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend, Richard R. "Dick" Howe passed away suddenly Aug. 24, 2012 at their beach house. He was born Jan. 8, 1937 in Miami, and moved to Las Vegas in 1963, where he was involved in gaming and real estate for the past 49 years. He always enjoyed life and never knew a stranger. He will be greatly missed. He is survived by his wife, Devary; children, Richard N. Howe, Steven Howe (Carol) and Michelle Lorren (Lee); stepchildren, Stayce O'Leary (Dan) and Matthew Rowe (Barbara); nine grandchildren; and many wonderful friends and memories. Celebration of life services are pending.
