ROSA CHIU Rosa Chiu, 87, of Las Vegas, passed away Thursday, Nov. 14, 2012. She was born in Havana, Cuba, and was a 40-year resident of Las Vegas. Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20. Funeral services will be at 9 a.m., Wednesday, Nov. 21, both at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.
