 STEPHEN AMBRE Stephen Michael Ambre, 53, of Las Vegas, passed away suddenly Saturday, Oct. 6, 2012. He was born May 3, 1959, in Cambridgeshire, England, and was a 37-year resident of Las Vegas. He worked in the retail industry for a number of years and was most recently a personal stagehand from 2007-2012. Stephen was a member of St. Christopher's Parish and the Knights of Columbus. He loved to go to Disneyland and Nashville, and cruising with his sister and brother-in-law. Stephen was preceded in death by his parents, Richard V. and Sheila B. Ambre. He is survived by his brother, Richard (Cindy); sister, Karal (Jim) Presley of Las Vegas; his niece and nephew, Sarah and Joshua Parks (currently residing in North Dakota); as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 20, at Palm Mortuary, 6701 N. Jones Blvd. Burial following at Palm Memorial Park-Northwest. He was a loving brother, uncle and friend and had a heart of gold. Stephen will be greatly missed by all family and friends. "Until we meet again, we love and miss you."
