 VALERIE JACOBS Valerie Kathryn Jacobs, 80, of Henderson and Bloomfield Hills, Mich., passed away Nov. 4, 2012, peacefully in her home. Valerie was born in London, Ontario, Aug. 14, 1932. Valerie always lit up a room and touched many lives. Her smile was contagious, she had an incredible zest for life and her green thumb made any garden look beautiful. She met the love of her life in Grand Bend, Canada and moved to Michigan. Bill and Valerie were married for 54 years before Bill passed in November 2007. Valerie is survived by her daughters, Vicki Kitson, Jeri Jacobs and Sandi Dickens; sons-in-law, Don Kitson and Marc Dickens; and grandchildren, Joey, Stephanie, Lyndsey, Alexa, Travis and Valerie (Chris). Donations may be made to Nathan Adelson Hospice Foundation .
