iconVINCENZO ASTURINO Vincenzo Asturino, 91, passed away July 19, 2012 at the Green Valley Cottages. He was born April 1, 1921 in Pittsburgh. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps, the U.S. Army and the Merchant Marines for 32 years in World War II, and the Korean and Vietnam wars. He will be missed by his close friends and staff at the Cottages. He is survived by his niece, Christina (Paul) Zewe; and grandnephews, Adam Zewe. Mass will be at 12:45 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 2, at St. Andrews, 1399 San Felipe Drive, Boulder City. Burial will follow at 2 p.m., at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Buchanan Blvd., Boulder City.
