CASIMIR RUTKOWSKI Casimir L. "Casey" Rutkowski, of Henderson, formerly of Lackawanna, N.Y., passed away March 16, 2009, at the age of 84. Casey was a former plant supervisor at Ford Motor Company at the Buffalo Stamping Plant. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of the American Legion, Matthew Glab Post #1477, in Lackawanna. Casey was the beloved husband of Henrietta M. (nee Gozdziak) Rutkowski of Henderson; father of sons, Shawn Rutkowski (and Megan) of Henderson, Kevin Rutkowski of Depew, N.Y., Kevin Doiron (and Aloma) of Webster, Mass., and Kenneth Doiron (and Cindy) of Moore, Okla.; daughters, Donna Doiron (and Michael) of Henderson, Karen Sparks (and George) of Lakeview, N.Y., and Sharon Bertucci (and Tom) of Lancaster, N.Y.; brother of Joseph Rutkowski (and Theresa) of Fort Erie, Ontario; grandfather of seven, Derek, Kenneth, Christopher, Adam, Matthew, Kevin and Tyler; and great-grandfather of two, Nathan and Sibella. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, March 26, at St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church, 204 S. Boulder Highway, Henderson, NV 89015. Burial to follow at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Buchanan Blvd., Boulder City, NV 89005. Casey was loved and respected by all that were fortunate to cross paths with him. Casey will be missed and forever loved by his wife and entire family, especially by the apple of his eye, his grandson, Tyler.
