 DAVID REESE IV David E. Reese IV "Casey" passed away April 6, 2009, at the age of 20. He was born Jan. 26, 1989, in Las Vegas. Casey was a gentle soul who touched the lives of all that knew him. He is survived by his mother, Noralene Reese; sisters, Taylor Reese and Brittney Shea; brother-in-law, Brian Shea; nephew, Gavin Shea; aunts, Laurie Rockhold, Nancy Clark and Janie Occonner; uncles, Gary Boyer and Paul Rockhold; cousins, Ali Rockhold, Zach and Sam Clark, Gage and Tristen Boyer, Natasha, Andrew, Grayson and Finley Cetraro; and his many dear friends. Casey had a passion for baseball which he shared with his father, the late David "Chip" Reese III. One of their proudest moments was when Casey pitched his high school team at Bishop Gorman, to the State Championship. He did this after breaking his wrist in the top of the second inning. After high school, he went to UNLV on a baseball scholarship. There will be a memorial service at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 11, at Palm Mortuary, 6701 N. Jones Blvd., in Las Vegas. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the
. "Casey, even though our time with you was much too brief, your infectious smile is everlasting. We love you and will miss you forever. Rest in peace our dear, sweet Casey."
