Carol Dalton Obituary
CAROL DALTON In loving memory of our dearest mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, Carol Lee Dalton, 76, passed away March 11, 2010. She was born May 9, 1933, in Kanab, Utah, to Elmer and Dee Roundy. She married the love of her life, Royal Ned Dalton, May 9, 1950, in Salt Lake City. Carol was a loving, highly-respected woman with exceptional beauty and was adored by all who knew her. After over 25 years as a talented beautician, she became a hostess at the Luxor Buffet. She enjoyed sewing and cooking with her daughter and working with her son on a number of haunted houses. She especially enjoyed her growing relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Her laughter and great sense of humor will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Carol was preceded in death by her husband, Royal Ned Dalton; and granddaughters, Shanda Lee Frehner and Regina Joy Vevers. She is survived by her brother, Spregg Roundy of Boise, Idaho; son, David Royal Dalton of Las Vegas; daughter, Debra Gene Ponton of Stagecoach, Nev.; numerous grandchildren; and a number of great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 20, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Sloan and Alcott Building, 1707 S. Sloan Lane.
