James Lusch Obituary
JAMES LUSCH James Robert Lusch, 77, of Oklahoma City, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 21, 2010, at the VA Medical Center in Oklahoma City. He was born Jan. 6, 1933, in Salem, Ill., the son of Gene "Dutch" and Geneva (Friend) Lusch. He is survived by his wife, Patricia (Schwartz) Lusch; four sons, Joseph Lusch and wife, Lou Ann, of Henderson, James "Robbie" Lusch and wife, Kari, of Boulder City, Rodger Lusch and wife, Michele, of Prospect, Ohio, and Jeffrey Lusch and wife, Dayna, of Oklahoma City; three daughters, Cheryl Lusch and Bryan Taylor of Las Vegas, Terry Fletcher and husband, Jim, of Las Vegas, and Marianne Oliver and husband, Tim, of Boulder City; a brother, Ronnie Lusch and wife, Billie, of Centralia, Ill.; two sisters, Barbara Cowles and husband, Harold, of Cardington, Ohio, and Vicky Mayfield and husband, Mike, of Roseville, Ill.; 17 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter. Mr. Lusch was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Tina Lusch; two brothers, Kenny and Charles Lusch; and a sister, Linda (Lusch) Kell. He was a retired glazier and served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He was an active member of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. The Ford Funeral Service of Midwest City is in charge of the arrangements. Memorials may be made to the . Services were held Friday, Sept. 24, at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church in Del City.
