 JOYCE DONAHOO Joyce Virginia Donahoo, 71, of Las Vegas, passed away April 16, 2012. She was born Sept. 10, 1940 in Alberta, Canada, and was a 50-year resident of Nevada. Joyce was a graduate of the "Great Class of '58" from Whitefish, Mont. She earned her degree at the Sisters of the Holy Names College in Spokane, Wash. Joyce worked at UMC in Las Vegas for 38 years. She was active with the Lukemia/Lymphoma Society, enjoyed training for marathons, and was passionate about an open door policy for anyone needing assistance. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Anna Reid. Joyce is survived by her husband, Wendell, of 49 years; her brother, Ron; five children and their spouses; and 12 grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all friends and family. A private remembrance will be 4-8 p.m., Thursday, April 19, at Joyce's residence. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lukemia/Lymphoma society.
